Javier sought to create a space that focuses on individual achievement, as well as collaborative achievement. What does this mean? You must design with the idea of humans and how they interact in mind, and even more nowadays. As you can see, there are various sections that are focused on fitness, knowledge, teamwork, and also leisure. The idea of the IE Hub came from seeing his university experience in Sydney, and applying it to this project as a way of preserving his experience there.
For this incredible rendering she used the following software: Illustrator, Photoshop, Autocad, and Rhinoceros.
