The Gupton – Nashville, Tennessee

Situated in a transitional warehouse district with stunning views of Downtown Nashville, The Gupton is a 14-story luxury residential development brimming with amenities. Inspired by the concept of a «garden in the sky,» the project’s design, orientation, and glazing systems reflect this theme. The exterior transitions from solid materials at street level to lighter, more transparent cladding as the building ascends, creating an airy feel. Varied building heights and massing offer multiple opportunities for rooftop terraces, capitalizing on the breathtaking downtown views.

The development features a resort-style rooftop pool deck and bar, an adjacent green roof/pickleball activity deck, and a mid-level fitness yoga deck, enhancing the outdoor amenities. Residents and guests will also appreciate the expansive two-story lobby, library, coworking, and fitness spaces, which foster a sense of community and provide opportunities for engagement and enrichment.

Emphasizing the Sky Garden concept, many residential rental units boast enhanced views from private balconies. For residents seeking more luxurious living spaces, the elevated sky-level penthouse and premium tower units offer larger, more opulent quarters with wrap-around balconies designed to enhance the sky-dwelling experience and maximize downtown vistas.

JHP is thrilled to collaborate with long-term partner Chartwell Residential on this transformative addition to Nashville!
