618 Pavonia Ave – New Jersey
The 27-story mixed-use tower at 618 Pavonia Avenue in Jersey City stands 293 feet tall and comprises 76 residential apartments. Zoning regulations and design requirements have resulted in the use of dark gray brick and double-height, floor-to-ceiling windows on the first two floors. The lobby on the first floor includes a lounge and café, while residents have access to a large rooftop deck and pool; the first two floors also feature 5,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space, with offices located on the second through fourth floors. The upper levels have a unitized glass curtain wall with openings for PTAC window units.

1490 Mc Donald Ave – Brooklyn
Situated in Brooklyn, this 12-story mixed-use structure accommodates both commercial and community facility spaces. The building’s design was influenced by the sky-exposure plane, resulting in angled terraces that provide communal areas for tenants. Spanning 185,000 square feet, the building is accessed through a sunken plaza, which includes attendee parking and a restaurant. The plaza also features outdoor seating and a café/restaurant that opens onto the space.
