North Shore Historic Estate Guest Cottage
This Guest Cottage, part of a series of newly added structures on a historic estate on Long Island’s North Shore, doubles as a Pool House with cabanas and an outdoor kitchen. Thoughtfully positioned within the landscape, the stone building sits between a serene pond and a forest of towering, ancient pine trees. The Kitchen features triple-hung windows that slide into pockets, creating a seamless connection to the outdoors. The interiors are characterized by the use of natural wood and stone finishes, enhancing the space’s organic feel.

Southampton Residence
This compact, Mediterranean-style red stucco home is situated on an expansive property. Designed with a village-like layout rather than a single cohesive structure, it features a playful mix of rooflines, varying pitches, and towers. The interior embraces a lighter, more relaxed aesthetic, complementing the Mediterranean setting and centered around a spacious great room.
