For her second submission she will be providing us with a collective housing and facilities center that focuses on creating a sense of community through the design of different spaces that target universal services. Her last project titled CENTER OF CULTURE AND ART also aimed to create spaces that are inclusive and connect with the nature around the structures. As you can see below, Romina defines the way in which housing and services can be placed in the same space to ensure a certain standard of living that is dignified and promotes strong community. She goes into detail about how their are different levels of mobility within the space that move vertically and horizontally, and she further defines the importance of organizing low vs high density structures.
