Office Building

Bianca Dobru blesses us with another one of her beautiful projects, and this time around it is more focused on business spaces, and less so on cultural and societal representation through architecture.

Bianca Dobru has already been featured on our Portfolio Challenge series previously with work such as Yichun Zen Resort project, as well as their Mt. Fuji Heritage Center project. Bianca joined the Architect-USJob+J1 Visa Program last year, and has largely focused on the cultural aspect of Architecture and Design within her projects submitted. As you can see below Bianca provides us with a look inside all of the small details that goes into design and planning, including electrical connections and more.

The façade and the lobby renderings show a design that is reminiscent of a flower and the slope towards the center creates a sense of openness that is calming and relaxing. The façade was created to disperse the natural light in a way that it reaches different parts of the office and enlightens areas that with a normal façade might not have gotten the light needed to keep office workers in that sense of calmness and a connection with nature.

[Let us also share your great work with our Community and participate in the Portfolio Challenge today.]

How would you design an office building to make sure that natural light and a sense of openness is fulfilled? Leave us your thoughts/insights in the comments section below!! 👇👇👇
