Theodor Harasim finished his Masters in Architecture from the Polytechnic School of Madrid (ETSAM) in 2017, and very soon after he started working with the Romanian Green Building Council as a Program Specialist. He has always been interested in contributing to the sustainable transition of new building practices and implementation.
During his time studying and working with the Council he created the Center for Environmental Research & Education, which provides a holistic approach to the designing, planning, and creation of a Center for the Sustainability movement in Romania. Of course these designs and ideas can be applied to other regions of the world as well.
