Community & Agricultural Center by Diego Córdova

Diego Córdova sought to design a Community and Agricultural Center in Yaraqui to assist his community in learning how to grow for themselves, as well as have a better relationship with the nature around them and their community.

Diego Córdova, one of our creative family members in the Architect-US Job+J1 Visa Programsubmitted Community & Agricultural Center to the Portfolio Challenge. Córdova finished his Bachelors degree in Architecture from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito in 2019.

He created his project for his final thesis in Ecuador, and he aimed to reinterpret the Green Houses used to create food for the community in Yaraqui. The planning allows for the crops to avoid steep inclines and try to incorporate the community into the growth process for their own food.

Diego Córdova used AutoCAD, Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop to create this beautiful artwork.
