Position: Architectural Designer

Location: New York City
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Length of the Program: 12-18 months

Requirements:

• • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience
    
  • Critical thinking and ability to work by themselves as well as within a team
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, parametric and rendering software, and other graphic software
  • Strong and versatile portfolio with construction documentation experience
  • Eagerness to learn while contributing to a vibrant atmosphere
  • Experience with 3D Printing a plus
  • Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) a plus
  • Exhibits initiative, process innovation, problem solving, and decision quality with a high attention to precision and accuracy at a task specific level
