Job #1: Project Designer
The Project Designer will lead the design efforts for small and medium sized projects. Coordinate and produce design presentation material, and coordinate the design intent with the production and documentation of construction documents. Coordinate with the construction administration of the project and maintain design intent during construction. Lead and assist in the documentation of project design, such as three-dimensional CAD modeling, physical models, and product or material research in collaboration with PM.

Job #2: Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of a medium to large size project through construction. Has primary responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, specification, and working drawings on a given project. Resolves architectural problems. Has client contact and authority to direct, control, and monitor all project activities.
