I was very looking forward to seeing La La Land in the new movie theater in front of my host company, in the Mission, very lively neighborhood of San Francisco where I work.
As well as being excited about watching this multiple times rewarded film at the Golden Globe Awards, I was very curious of visiting this new movie theatre that has been recently saved from being destroyed and finally renovated into a lavish place by the Alamo Drafthouse chain. A very American way to experience the movie theater, since they offer you, drinks, food, any time during the movie
The auditoriums of the movie theater kept his beautiful original ceilings and his old interior details. This old fashion place is also great for renting DVD(s) that are hard to find anywhere else. They are also regularly projecting old movies.
Just in front of my workplace, this movie theater will probably be my headquarter after work!
