The long-awaited 425 Park Avenue project has finally been completed, marking the first full-block office building to be built on Park Avenue in more than 50 years. The skyscraper has been designed by Foster + Partners and has a height of 262.1 meters in which are terraces with double height plants, as well as an external structure that gives rise to interiors without columns. Adjacent to the building are public spaces such as a triple-height lobby, a restaurant, and a showroom.
