A new 27-story mixed-use tower has been developed by Design Collective in Silver Spring, Maryland. The tower will be clad in custom-colored brick and consist of 403 residential units, amenity spaces, a dining hall and four levels of above-grade parking. Additionally, the tower will connect its residents to the city’s Metro, Metropolitan Branch Trail and the surrounding pedestrian and transportation network of downtown Silver Spring.
