A factory has been renovated by Davies Toews Architecture, turning it into a mixed-use retail and arts space. The building has a single floor that contained a weaving factory. It is now a commercial space called CodyWyckoff, named after the intersection it is located on, at the corner of Cody and Wyckoff avenues in Queens, New York.
