A new project by Solomon Cordwell Buenz has unveiled a new version of Chicago’s iconic Tribune Tower skyscraper, turning it into a residential apartment building. The 141-meter skyscraper retains the identity of the historic building (one of the most recognizable in the city) and created 55 unique apartment floor plans, a four-story roof extension to the TV building, a private outdoor garden for residents and demolished part of the low-rise complex to create a patio space.
