From November 1st onwards, vaccinated people will be able to travel to the United States. The embassy will go back to issue J1 visas from that date as well. Here is an article that sums up the changes. Here is a New York Times article that sums up the changes. Vaccinated passengers will be allowed to travel to the U.S. from the EU and U.K. from November onwards, and the White House announced the new policy on Monday this week.
