A new project has been presented by ODA. The residential building, called ERA, will be a 20-story apartment building that will be constructed on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and will cover 126.94 square meters. Era’s core design is a footprint that will grow from small to large as the upper floors of the building move outward at each upper level.
