Romina Revoredo joins us for the first time to present her Cultural and Arts Center, which

Romina Revoredo joins us for her first time in the Architect-US Portfolio Challenge, she is currently a part of the Architect-US Job+J1 Visa Program. For her first submission she will be providing us a cultural center that centers around art and self-reflection. The project is titled CENTER OF CULTURE AND ART, and her goal was to create spaces that are inclusive and connect with the nature around the structures.

As you move through the project you see how Romina went into detail defining the different reasons why she chose to design specific areas the way she did. For example, she defines the hierarchy of functions, and the axes that people can move through freely, while maintaining a level of scale and inclusion. She provides us with a sense of how the center would add value to the citizen’s lives and expand the room for collaboration and exchange of ideas.
