Finally after 2 months of waiting, I am finally here in New York City. Exploring the city for 4 days and then flying to Florida has been the plan. Staying at Jazz hostel in Lower Manhattan and meeting people from around the world. New York has been a city full of architecture, cultures and some interesting sites and skylines. I visited the Times Square, cycled around the Central Park, visited the New York Museum of Art & Design and walked around Manhattan and Brooklyn. Yellow Cabs do feel like you are in New York. It is truly a jungle of concrete. Newport in New Jersey perfectly outlines the city skyline. This is really a must place to go, it is peaceful and serene. High Line and the newly opened VESSEL are a must go for each architect. It is a nature based solution for Metropolitan Areas. While visiting the Parsons School of Design, I came across Nutella Cafe which is really very instagramy. One must visit it.
New York has been really a dream come true for me. Architect-US and my host company have really played a major role in making that dream come true. I now look forward to upcoming opportunities in Florida and exploring that side of USA.
