«A new public concrete library on Long Island (New York), with large irregular windows offering views of the coast and Manhattan, has been introduced. Hunters Point Library is a six-story building by local firm Steven Holl Architects in Hunter’s Point, Queens. The library consists of a simple rectangular shape constructed from a cast concrete that is painted with aluminum for a silver finish.» – Dezeen
