Chicago-based Wheeler Kearns Architects has created a wood-clad lake house with three separate structures whose design was inspired “by the natural beauty and tranquility” of Lake Michigan. The project is a multi-structure house divided into three blocks: the main house and entertainment block measuring 830 square meters and a detached garage building, which maximize privacy, lake views and natural light.
