I have always loved painting with acrylic, watercolor, charcoals, mixing all…, drawing with markers or pens, making neckles, earings, or anything with my hands. Art and design always were part of my life, as they’re still being today. I’m really passionate about them.
Currently I have the opportunity to work as a textile designer and to use all my knowledge into it. As soon as I got this opportunity in Tom Cody, I contacted Architect-US to help me with my visa. This process always seems tough and long. “Be patient”, it’s the best advice I feel I can give to anyone. Although with Architect-US everthing goes fluently and nicely, step by step. They help you out with everything you need, explaining it as many times as you need. And one day you have everything done, your stuff is packed and you’re ready to go, as I found myself today.
Tomorrow I’m heading to New York and I’m about to start a 6 months working experience. I’m excited about it all. Where will I live? How my working experience will be? Who will I meet?. Plus, I have my mind completely open about this experience, because as far as understand, you never know what it´ll happen when you are living in New York. It’s such an unexpected city, sometimes kind, and sometimes absolutely rough. Also, I want to get the best of it, working, learning, enjoying, painting, taking advantages about all the cultural events, walking around every area, and meeting new people. I have already planned the first gallery I’ll go this time.
I can’t wait!
