The Bjarke Ingels Group, in collaboration with William Rawn Associates and HASTINGS Architecture, has unveiled the design for the new Tennessee Performing Arts Center (TPAC), a 307,000-square-foot cultural complex planned for Nashville’s east bank. Located next to the Cumberland River, Cumberland Park, and Nissan Stadium, the project integrates four performance spaces into a single architectural structure, creating a new civic landmark that extends the downtown’s cultural activity toward the riverfront. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2027, with completion estimated for 2030.
