Bugatti makes its debut in the U.S. residential market with Bugatti Residences Miami, a 60-story skyscraper designed by Brandon Haw Architecture. Located along the Miami River, the tower will feature four distinct volumes separated by double-height spaces, bringing the automotive brand’s signature approach to luxury into the city’s skyline.
Developed by Prosper Group and Versluys Group, the project will include 183 residences and four penthouses, with interiors designed by Yabu Pushelberg. Following the announcement of its first residential tower in Dubai, Bugatti joins Porsche, Bentley, Mercedes-Benz, and Aston Martin in shaping Miami’s growing landscape of automotive-branded residences.
