New high-rise building in Miami

A new building has been approved in Miami. The project, called «Tower 36», features office space, which will become the tallest in the region at 193 meters. This tower is designed to integrate the surrounding landscape and increase access to outdoor areas. To complement the office floors, the building’s podium features ground floor retail stores, bicycles, automobile parking and a landscaped rooftop restaurant.
