Meganom, an architecture, urban design, and research studio based in Moscow, is in the final stages of its residential skyscraper at 262 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, New York. The project, developed for Five Points Development and active since 2015, brings together an international team that includes Norm Architects as interior designers, SLCE Architects as architects of record, and Untitled Architecture as architectural supervisor and project manager.
Standing 260 meters tall with 52 floors, the tower houses 26 residences spread over approximately 13,300 square meters and presents a conceptual interpretation inspired by aeronautics, where the apartments are conceived as elevated platforms framing open views of the city.
