A cedar-clad residence in Southern California designed by U.S. firm Brett Farrow Architect that used several tactics to «merge nature with the spirit of the house.» The project, called Casa San Dieguito, is located in the coastal town of Encinitas, just north of San Diego. The house was designed to replace a family’s existing ranch-style home that no longer fit their needs. The facades are clad in western red cedar with a light finish to preserve the «natural beauty and unique character» of the wood.
