Architectural firm Gensler has designed the tallest skyscraper in Austin, Sixth and Guadalupe, an 865-foot (264-meter) building that redefines the concept of mixed-use. With an illuminated aluminum-clad base and stacked volumes of glass, this project combines retail, office and residential. Strategically placed terraces and balconies provide dynamism and connection to the urban environment.
Its innovative design not only stands out for its contemporary aesthetics, but also for the integration of functional elements such as glass curtain walls and private spaces on the upper levels. Sixth and Guadalupe consolidates itself as an architectural landmark in the center of the city.
