A new residential skyscraper has been created in midtown Manhattan using an “unconventional approach.” The project, by U.S.-based Rafael Viñoly Architects, rises 278 meters over 88 floors and is located in midtown Manhattan, two blocks south of the World Trade Center complex. The project is composed of a glass tower with curved corners that sits on an eight-story base and contains 272 residences, ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, and amenities including a lounge, pool and screening room spread across its three 16th and upper levels.
