Two new industrial buildings will be designed by U.S. firm Clayton Korte at Fulldraw Vineyard, a 40-acre winery within an agricultural region along California’s central coast, in the town of Paso Robles. The winery is known for its production of Rhone-style wines.
The team designed three buildings for the site: a 648-square-meter fermentation building, a 202-square-meter storage facility and a third structure that will contain a tasting room and is scheduled to open in 2026. The first two buildings are already completed and will support the annual production of up to 10,000 cases of wine.
