A ramped office building in Bentonville designed by Michel Rojkind, Callaghan Horiuchi and Marlon Blackwell Architects is Arkansas’ first bicycle structure. The Ledger is a 21,368-square-foot mixed-use office designed «to be community-centered.» The concrete paved walkway has an approximately 580-meter round-trip ramp along the building’s east façade.
