Signal House is a new building designed by U.S. studio ISA and will be clad in metal. The multi-level, 325-square-foot apartment building is located in Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood, a transitional area that has attracted creative types and urban professionals. The site is 32 feet deep (9.8 meters) and just under 26 feet wide (eight meters).
