A new residential tower will be built in Miami Beach, USA. The project, developed by OMA and named The Perigon, will consist of a series of towers strategically rotated to maximize views of the Atlantic Ocean. The 17-story residential tower rises 13.7 meters above the flood line, freeing the ground below and merging into a unified structure above. The design juxtaposes organic and orthogonal forms, adding subtle contrast to the architectural mass. Aiming to harmonize with the natural beauty of Miami Beach, The Perigon connects the city and the ocean.
