A new angular residence has been completed by SAOTA Studio in the hills of Los Angeles. The home is intended to provide privacy while drawing in the «calm and serenity» of the surrounding landscape. The 609-square-meter home has two main levels, a basement and a rooftop terrace. Roughly V-shaped in plan, the building has an angular shape that was driven by the orientation and geometry of the site. Different treatments were used on the facades.
