A new residential high-rise designed by Hill West Architects has been completed in Brooklyn. The project, called Olympia Dumbo, is shaped like a sail and is located next to the Brooklyn Bridge. The tower rises 122 meters high and has 33 stories. It is wedge-shaped and sits on an angled podium. The building’s fan-shaped base mirrors the curve of a nearby exit ramp at its rear. The opposite side is set back from the street and houses the main entrance.
