A new project by Foster + Partners has been initiated in Beverly Hills. The project, called One Beverly Hills, will open in 2025 and will feature two residential buildings, a new hotel, a restaurant and a retail pavilion. The design prioritizes pedestrian and bicycle access, featuring new paths and lanes that connect to different parts of the site. Wilshire Boulevard will be transformed and serve as a green gateway that invites visitors to explore the gardens, which feature more than 200 species of California native plants.
