A new 43-story residential skyscraper in Chicago has been designed by Morris Adjmi Architects. The project, located in the Fulton Market district, measures 146 meters (480 feet) and features a «deeply expressive» facade that draws inspiration from the city’s industrial past and the work of architect Mies van der Rohe. The building, which has an L-shaped floor plan, houses 300 residential units and a variety of amenities for tenants, such as a fitness area, a children’s room and a library.
