‘Treescrapers’, the proposal by Vincent Callebaut Architectures vibrant city that transforms New York City into a cluster of climate-sensitive, biomimetic, vertical green towns, has been unveiled. This project is part of the net zero carbon goal of ‘New York’s Green New Deal’ and was born by merging building information models (BIM) and generative AI tools with new software programs for the optimization of construction processes and parametric climate simulation.
