Tres Birds has unveiled what will be the tallest solid wood building in Denver. The project will begin to be built in mid-2023 and its name will be «Return to Form» Its structural system uses mass timber, a new technology that uses small-diameter trees from sustainably managed forests. The mass timber structure is made up of wooden panels that are glued and laminated together. This provides not only strength and stability, but also resistance to fire.
