A large-scale master plan to redesign downtown South Raleigh, North Carolina has been unveiled. The project will include offices and residential areas, a 20,000-capacity soccer stadium and a virtual reality center designed to further enhance urban development at the southern end of downtown Raleigh. The project will include the creation of a bridge loop that encloses the entire development, providing efficient circulation from on and off the site and with the rest of the city.
