A new space for art lovers is born in New York: The Shed, measuring 18,500 square meters, a cultural center on the Hudson Yards. This space has 8 floors and a retractable roof that can be moved to form a performance area. The Shed is a project of the New York firms Diller Scofidio + Renfro and Rockwell Group. The cultural institution is open to the public today, April 5, 2019.
