There are a few different documents that we ask from the Participant from the very beginning. This allows us to check that everything is in order prior to communicating with a possible host company, and so that when the time comes to begin the Visa issuance process, the Architect-US team can submit everything on time so that once we receive everything from the Host Company the process for the participant to go to the U.S stays within 30 days.
1. CV/Portfolio
The applicant must send us their CV and Portfolio both in .PDF format. It is the initial step for registration so that the Selection Committee can review and determine the eligibility of the applicant. Make sure that your portfolio follows these 6 main guides.
2. Passport
We require a color copy of valid passport. The passport cannot be expired within the first 6 months of the program. Additionally, send an email to finances with your full name, passport number, and full address.
3. Academic Transcripts
Academic transcripts issued by the University where you completed your degree. This can be in English or in the original language.
4. Degree Certificate
Academic transcripts (Degree) issued by the University where you completed your degree. This can be in English or in the original language. The degree or professional certificate must be from a post-secondary academic institution. It must include the Seals and Signatures, filed of study, date awarded, type of degree, and name of the University.
5. Reference Letters
We ask our participants to provide us with at least two reference letters in English from a college professor or another relevant person that has had professional or academic experience with the applicant.
6. Rules & Regulations
We ask the participant to read ALL of the rules and regulations and to Initial in the designated fields. These documents must be signed in handwriting.
