Hello everyone, it is been a long time since we last spoke!
I am now here between suitcases and boxes trying to write my last post before my departure. It is incredible, times flow!
During these months I bought some stuff to make my stay more comfortable despite I was feeling conflicted every time I remembered I should had to package a lot more and carry a heavier suitcase.
Now I am realizing that the heaviest suitcase I will have to carry on will be the one that contains my memories!
now it is the time to look back at hole experience and draw conclusions. Looking back at January 2021 I can see a girl that was trying to figure out how to move into the USA and start a challenging experience as an architect abroad.
It was complicated to understand how the visa world worked, which visa I needed, how to get it.. I was overwhelmed! Luckily I run into Architect-US and despite my doubt I decide to trust them and go ahead.
They helped me a lot but covid was stronger. the search of a host company could be difficult, in fact it was for me. Finally on July 2022 I had my interview with ARQUITECTONICA and on August 29th 2022 I started my fist day here at their headquarters in Miami.
Here I learn a lot, looking back at the first day I did a lot of improvement. essential for my growth was my team, I had a first good impression and the months that passed just confirmed that first idea.
I think that what we create is a special bond and I am willing cake back here and to spend more time with them. I know ARQUITECTONICA will have for ever a special spot dedicated to me.
for those who are still in doubt, I can strongly suggest to start this experience, it is worth it. they say that only going out of your comfort zone you can grow and this is absolutely true.
