DXA Studio has designed a viaduct to connect the neighborhood of Hudson Yars (New York) and Penn Station. The bridge is located on the ninth and tenth avenues, connecting with the train station on 31st Street. Currently this area is difficult to access on foot due to construction work and infrastructure at ground level.
