This month I happen to visit Niagra Falls. I was going to see America’s greatest landmark and also I decided to spend a weekend in New York as a first part of the trip.
Took the afternoon flight on Friday, to begin with, my 3 days tour. The first leg of the trip was a weekend in New York.
I had to patch up with my College friend from where we started for Buffalo the next morning. I had a quick glimpse of the city on Friday night and got myself ready for the next day journey.
Saturday, early morning we left for Buffalo via bus. It was a beautiful sightseeing tour through the northeastern side of America.
We Spent the evening in the city of Buffalo where a friend of mine joined us who is living in Buffalo itself. Went out at night to some nice food places.
The next morning we set out for the falls. When I reached there, I was awestruck with the majestic and perhaps a very beautiful sight of the falls. I got an opportunity to go for the boat ride and visit the falls more closely. I also had a nice shower under the falls which made me experience the thrust and how majestic the falls are. Spent the whole day at the Niagra falls national park and clicked many pictures for the memories.
After the long day, I had my bus back to NYC at night. Reached NYC in the morning and got ready to go out and see the iconic Manhattan. Spent my day wandering through the streets of Manhattan and visiting Grand Central, Times Square, etc. At night I went to see the Brooklyn bridge and was able to see the beautiful Manhattan skyline from the Brooklyn side. It was such a mesmerizing view.
Tried some nice food around there and got back home to leave back to Kansas the next morning. Overall a fun days trip, a fun weekend in New York.
