Alma-nac‘s proposal the Upside Down House won the AJ/James Hardie House of Colour contest, which topic was to design an innovative house for children. Thus, the company has to develop now a scheme worth £15,000 at the Green Park Village development in Reading.
According to the competition judges, including the architect Will Alsop, Alma-nac’s design is «a clear idea which reflects the open-ended nature of play and will really attract kids…It’s a whole play area, not just a playhouse.»
