It’s been almost 3 months since the «Big move» and it feels like time has gone by so fast.
I’ve started working in my «Dream» architects firm for the past 7/8 years (since I was a second year student): SHoP architects, and I learned so much in the time here.
They work so differently then what I’m used to, and their way of looking at things and really thinking and studying design and planing in the stages that a project go through.
I feel like I learn just by being here and seeing how they get ready for presentations, for client/partners meeting, how they think about everything, and try and understand how things really work. And now I get to be a part of it. It really is amazing.
The People are so nice and welcoming and helping me whit understanding things, but now I can say that I think I’m helping too and doing necessary things for the project which feels really good.
This weekend is 4th of July, and summer is here so that is a lot of fun. Still looking for a permanent apartment, can’t say I have place I feel at «Home» and still miss my family and friends quite often. But I hope it will get better…
