Meganom redefines the New York skyline with a rooftop infinity pool

Meganom Architects has unveiled new images of its skyscraper in NoMad, featuring a rooftop infinity pool integrated beneath a large open arch that crowns the building. Standing 262 meters tall with 52 stories, 262 Fifth Avenue is the tallest exclusively residential building on Fifth Avenue, falling just short of the “supertall” threshold.

The project, developed by Five Points Development Group with interiors designed by Norm Architects, has evolved since its initial proposal in 2017, when it aimed to exceed 300 meters. Its current design maintains a sleek glass-and-aluminum volume housing just 26 residences, all full-floor or duplex units, reinforcing its positioning as an ultra-luxury offering on the Manhattan skyline.
