Life in LA has its quirks. The city is huge, which means long travel distances, and the weather can get really hot. But honestly, I’m enjoying every moment. What makes it even more special is that I get to share this journey with my husband and our child. Experiencing this chapter of our lives together makes it even more meaningful.
At SENER, I’m learning so much and growing every day as an architect. The projects are fascinating, and I truly feel like I’m developing skills that will shape my career long term. The team has been nothing short of amazing—they’ve welcomed me with open arms and made me feel part of something bigger from the very beginning.
Of course, none of this came without effort. The visa process was a real challenge—at times, it felt overwhelming. But with the guidance and support of Architect-US, I pushed through. And I’m so glad I did, because I’ve learned that resilience really is the best tool we have when chasing our dreams.
