The Los Angeles City Council has given the green light for the transformation of Television City, the historic CBS campus designed in the 1950s by William Pereira. The redevelopment, led by Foster + Partners, will modernize the studios and offices, preserving the architectural legacy while integrating new content and media production spaces.
Located in Fairfax, south of West Hollywood, the project reorganizes the site into two functional zones, maintaining Pereira’s original buildings as the heart of the campus.
